WHAT GOT YOU STARTED?
When I was expecting my first child, I was determined to welcome him into a stable and secure home. Throughout the journey of purchasing my first property, I encountered three loan denials. Rather than accepting defeat, I actively sought clear explanations, studied current lending guidelines, and worked closely with my Mortgage Loan Originator to resolve each challenge. My persistence ultimately led to a successful approval.
This transformative experience ignited my passion for the mortgage industry and inspired me to become a Mortgage Loan Originator. Today, I specialize in assisting individuals who have previously been denied financing, as well as those with unique or complex financial situations. Finding creative, viable solutions is my expertise. My personal journey drives my commitment to ensuring that no client is unfairly denied the opportunity to achieve homeownership.
"As a realtor, I know a lender like Gia is hard to find. I am grateful to have her as one of my preferred lenders. She is VERY communicative and will go above and beyond to make sure the loans close. Her committment to a great customer experience is what keeps me referring my clients to her, now and forever. "

I have access to first-time home buyer programs that help buyers become property owners through the assistance of covering down payment costs. In addition to non-QM products that tailor to the needs of borrowers with unique credit and income situations such as self-employed, foreign buyers, buyers with blemished credit history (prior bankruptcy, foreclosures, or not enough credit history), and borrowers with considerable assets.
I know the importance of making sure the numbers make sense in a real estate deal. One of the most important factors impacting profitability are the financing costs. I work with multiple lenders who offer hard money and non-QM products tailored to the needs of real estate investors. I have the ability to shop amongst 100+ hard money lenders to match investors with loan products that will fit their real estate financing needs.
The process of closing a loan requires a lot of communication. Communication is a top priority and the foundation of my partnerships. I want to earn your trust through the commitment of helping your clients achieve their financing needs while providing quality service.

Also known as discount points, are fees paid to the lender in exchange for a reduced interest rate. 1 point = 1% of loan amount
